Storybrook Country Club first opened for play in 1926.

This course's front nine has a water hazard coming into play on every hole.  The back nine has ponds coming into play on at least seven different occasions.  The fairways are hilly.  The signature hole is #8, a 396-yard, par 4, because of its difficulty.
